Schwimmen statt Yoga

🇩🇪 Wie fast schon gedacht, habe ich es zeitlich nicht zum Acro Dance leider gescahfft. Sport musste heute dennoch sein und ich bin zum Titi Batu gelaufen, um dort etwas zu schwimmen. Heute ist der letzte Tag meiner Mitgliedschaft. Ich denke, dass ich die nochmal um einen weiteren Monat verlängere. Mit einer 1km Schwimmrunde habe ich auch einen Distanzrekord hier auf Bali für mich aufgestellt. Ich werde denke ich nochmal einen Copper Man (Mini Iron Man) machen bevor ich abreise, um zu schauen, ob sich meine Zeit verbessert.

🇺🇸 As I had almost expected, I unfortunately didn't make it to Acro Dance in time. However, exercise was still necessary today, so I walked to Titi Batu to swim a bit. Today is the last day of my membership. I think I will extend it for another month. With a 1km swim, I've set a personal distance record here in Bali. I think I will do another Copper Man (Mini Iron Man) before I leave to see if my time has improved.Meer informatie
