Gewitter & 40 Stunden Fasten

🇩🇪 Heute habe ich mich dazu entschieden nochmal einen Tag zu fasten. Da es mit meinen Essenszeiten jedoch so bleibt wie sonst, musste ich daraus ein einhalb Tage machen. An diesen Abend habe ich um 20 Uhr meine letzte Mahlzeit zu mir genommen, am morgigen Tag verzichte ich komplett auf Essen und werde dann um 12 Uhr übermorgen wieder meine erste Mahlzeit zu mir nehmen. Dennoch wird nicht locker gelassen und daher ging es erstmal zum Sport. Im Anschluss hat es eigentlich den ganzen Tag mit wenigen Ausnahmen durchgeregnet und teilweise gab es auch stärkere Gewitter. Daher ist neben Arbeiten und Buchführung für das Jahr 2024 (ich werde nicht den Fehler machen und so lange warten wie mit 2022....) nicht viel passiert ansonsten.

🇺🇸 Today, I decided to fast for another day. However, since my eating times remain the same as usual, I had to make it a day and a half fast. This evening, I had my last meal at 8 PM, I will completely skip eating tomorrow, and then I will have my first meal at 12 PM the day after tomorrow. Nonetheless, I didn't take it easy and started the day with exercise. Afterwards, it rained almost all day with few exceptions, and there were also some stronger thunderstorms. Therefore, besides working and doing accounting for the year 2024 (I will not make the mistake of waiting as long as I did with 2022...), not much else happened.Læs mere
