Steakhouse als letztes Essen

🇩🇪 Zum Abschluss haben Finn und ich noch eine Reservierung in einem exklusiveren Steakhouse gemacht. Das verfügbare Fleisch des Tages wurde einem präsentiert von dem man dann auswhälen konnte. Es gab primär Wagyu Rindfleisch mit Maserungen bis zur Stufe 9. Da es der letzte Abend war, habe ich mich für ein MB9 Ribeye Steak entschieden, das wirklich gut war. Preislich ist es immer noch günstiger als in anderen Ländern, aber für lokale Verhältnisse jenseits von gut und böse. Im Endeffekt habe ich ein Drittel eines balinesischen Monatslohnes für das Fleisch bezahlt.

Das Restaurant war sehr atmosphärisch und in einem offenen Raum eher dunkel gehalten. Zu dem Fleisch wurde noch Kartoffelpurée mit Trüffel und eine Gemüseplatte serviert.

🇺🇸 For the conclusion, we made a reservation at a more exclusive steakhouse. The available meat of the day was presented to us, from which we could choose. There was primarily Wagyu beef with marbling up to grade 9. Since it was the last evening, I opted for an MB9 ribeye steak, which was really good. Price-wise, it's still cheaper than in other countries, but by local standards, it's incredibly expensive. In the end, I paid a third of a Balinese monthly wage for the meat.

The restaurant was very atmospheric, with a dimly lit open space. Along with the meat, mashed potatoes with truffle and a vegetable platter were served.Baca lagi
