Wed 20 May Still in Padstow

Lovely day yesterday with Barbara’s cousin Sue and husband Bruce. Ate in Rick Stein’s Fish & Chip Restaurant, nice food and reasonable restaurant prices.

Steve’s been over-tired due to lack of sleep (slipped and hurt knee a month or so ago and sleep disturbed quite a lot. ) Dosed up with pain killers, he slept 12 hours solid. Missed harbour tidal gate. Tom (Harbour Patrol) just called to ask if we’re ok as he is just about to shut the gate. Another day in paradise, maybe tomorrow…..
