Istanbul Turkey

This day turned out to be a bit more of a challenge compared to other stops so far. We were planning on visiting Hagia Sophia but it was totally crushed with people and the entrance fee was expensive. Instead of pressing ahead we made a very good choice to visit Topkapi Palace instead. The palace was pretty amazing with fascinating history. Among many sacred artifacts at the palace were the staff of Moses, the sword of Daniel, and bone fragments from John the Baptist. We did a lot of walking today, about 25k steps.Lue lisää
