Drunk Shakespeare

Going to see Drunk Shakespeare was the best decision of the day.
What is this marvel of theater?
Well, there are five actors who are going to perform Romeo and Julie. But the twist is that one of the actors does six shots of vodka at the start of the show and tries to keep up with the pace of the show.
It was freaking hilarious!!!!
Not only did the drunkee get funnier and funnier, but the rest of the show was c the most amusing thing--full of clever ad-libbing, twists to the plot based on pop culture, and very creative uses of... Ahem... Sex toys.
I don't often laugh out loud during comedies but this one does the trick.
Plus, it was in a super cool library themed wrap around stage and they gave everyone whisky shots upon entering.
Which is probably why the show was so funny, now that I think about it...Leer más
