I wish everyone could spend 3 to 5 days in Leavenworth to rest and relax during the week. It is completely different. There are no crowds, noise, or traffic. I've never been here when it's been this quiet. I love hearing the new bird songs I have picked up on my Merlin app. Dianna and I enjoy sitting on the patio and watching the antics of the goslings and the squirrels. We get the pool to ourselves (totally unheard of) and have seen more wildlife. Tonight we saw a wild turkey, deer, but, alas, no bear. It's been a perfect visit.Les mer
