Crystal Castles

Spending most of our day at Crystal Castles, which is a garden park full of natural crystals as well as a range of meditative and Tibetan areas. We did a sound meditation in the sound dome which was very relaxing and the first time I have done a third eye meditation in a long time (very enriching and need to do it more often).
