Home cooked meal with Theo!

Scott arranged for a dining experience with a local couple in Trieste. It was lovely - and thank goodness for. Google translate! Giovanni and his wife (and their Maltese, Theo) were gracious hosts who let us help cook a delicious three course meal. We started with pasta carbonara, with a vegetarian portion for Noah. Then we had eggplant parmigiana. Finally, we had an amazing tiramisu. It was all
