Chiang Mai

Today we went to two completely different places:
We spent the morning at a flower farm (I love flower farm). At noon we went to eat at Nisa's restaurant, where we had a delicious noodle soup. In the afternoon we went to the centre of Chiang Mai. First we visited the market and a shopping hall. This was spread over 2 buildings, one on each side of the street, connected by a bridge. On the ground floor, mainly food and dried plants were offered. On the first and second floor only clothes and fabrics were offered.
Afterwards we visited Wat Chedi Luang in the old town.
One of the buildings was only allowed to be entered by men.
Like all the other holy places, it was very glamorous and golden.

We spent the evening in a cosy atmosphere. We got various kebabs (meat, fish), squid balls and rice and ate in our AirBnB.Read more
