It’s MAGIC

So, we continue towards Weesen. At first, it’s once again a perfectly straight forest road, and eventually, there’s a curve. What a change of pace. We go around the curve, and again, we can see endlessly straight ahead. Suddenly, Soulboy says a hiker is approaching us. Unlike the previous ones, this one is a real hiker. We get closer and realize it’s Georg—the first Northbounder on the NST. We’re thrilled. We chat for a while, and Georg immediately has to pose for some filming. Although the meeting was short, it was truly incredible. I had met him in his first days in the Palatinate Forest, and Soulboy at the Halfway Point—none of us would have thought this possible.

We say our goodbyes and wish him good luck.

We move on and new questions arise.
Will the trail remain this boring?
Where on earth is this Angelbeck Pond?
And will our two heroes make it to Celle by noon tomorrow?
