Mera Peak Trek (7)

The big days are ahead. We headed up to the high camp of the Mera Peak at 5.800m. At half of the way we took on our crampons, entered the glacier and walked up to the high camp. Our lovely porter Kaji supported us and brought up our duffle bag full of down stuff - jackets, pants, 4 sleeping bags. Our lovely climbing guide Tsiring supported us as well.
We arrived around 2pm in the high camp, got a tea, a noodle soup, rested some hours, had some fun as the only once up there, laughed, were happy that we not had any high altitude symptoms, snacked, listened to a podcast, got dinner, weared a lot of our clothes or pushed all the remaining clothes into our sleeping bags, slept for almost 3h and were waked up at 1.30am.
