Laid Back Day

After a slow, leisurely start to the day, we tootled off into town for breakfast. We found a quaint little bistro in a small shopping center. The Lemon Tree Bistro has a lot to offer. Homemade jams, preserves, pickles, sauces and fresh bread and eggs to name but a few. I'm astounded by the number of young people who have major business interests in this place. It's wonderful to know that this part of the country is doing well.
We walked around and looked at the little shops and then went for a drive. We were going to Kokstad but after a seemingly never-ending road we turned back and stopped at a place called The Olde Duck just outside town for a cool drink. Beautiful surroundings.Read more
