Argentine Experience

We aren't sleeping well, but we're eating like Kings. Argentine experience was a interactive dinner. Seated with a whole bunch of people from United States, a couple of Argentinos and a Dutchie we all donned chef hats and had a fun night.

Starting with making our own Malbec based cocktail. Then we got our hands dirty by making our own empanadas and getting them cooked by the chef. Meanwhile we were served some delicious appetizers of chorizo, blood sausage, cheese, wine and more wine. Then our empanadas came out to have before the main of steak and root vegetables. A nice dulce de leche based dessert. We made our own alfajores. And finally taught the correct way to make and drink a maté. Or at least how to do it correctly here in northern Argentina.

All that before finally stumbling back 15 minutes to the hotel at 11:30 at night.Baca selengkapnya
