Para-why?

Our guide initially doubted our choice to visit Paraguay, making it clear he wasn't a fan. This wasn't just due to the usual two-hour traffic jam at the lone bridge leading there but also because, apparently, there wasn't much to see and it's dirty. We had made arrangements the day before to leave early, so we were on the road by 6:30, fortunately avoiding the traffic. When we returned an hour later, the traffic jam had already grown to an hour or so. The only thing he had planned for us was a visit to a shopping mall because Paraguay offers affordable shopping due to the lack of taxes. Ironically, leaving early meant the entire centre was still closed. Thankfully, Alex and I had no interest in shopping, so instead, we explored the streets.
