• Heading Toward Denver

    Today is mostly a travel day, overnighting in Loveland. Colorado. Crossed the Continental Divide twice. Between the two crossings was the Great Divide Basin, an area where the water does not shed to either ocean, but stays within the basin. Obviously not a lot of rain here, it is desert, without any streams or even ponds. However, once we got closer to Laramie we got our first rain of the trip - Nature's Car Wash. Cleaned the bugs off the windshield!

    Finished the day with an excellent dinner at 3 Margaritas, a local Mexican restaurant next to our hotel, which is a good thing because we may need to be rolled to our rooms.
