Californian winery then onto Vegas

Early breakfast with a nice view of the sunrise over LA, then onto the bus to the Ktm headquarters with 150 people. Greeted with a glass of champagne upon arrival at 9.30am- never too early for bubbles right?! Half way around headquarters tour they gave us shots of bourbon- what do they think of us aussies?! Lunch was at Doffo winery- the owner has a huge collection of motorbikes that are all displayed around the vineyard- so cool! The owner kindly gave me a souvenir wine glass just because I asked nicely! Ok so it’s time to leave and one of the busses gets bogged trying to get out of the car park! An hour later with 75 people giving instructions and rhe assistance of a forklift and a pick up truck the bus was good to go! Lucky we had wine to drink whilst watching the entertainment! Headed up the highway to Vegas with a bus load of alcohol for the 6 hr journey , stopping for a quick break at Barstow. Arrived at hotel SLS which is relatively new and quite funky at 7pm- a quick change and downstairs for a pool party! Toby Price joined us for dinner - got to talk with him, very nice guy! Free drinks care of KTM included cocktails so we all made the most of that- until Leana danced with a wet floor sign on her head and Jeff ( general manager ) fell asleep standing up!
