Our last full day and the sun is out. No mist over the airport so those people who have been stranded here for four days can now leave.
We leave tomorrow.
Today the Glass bottom boat Tour has been cancelled as the waves are still crashing over the reef into the lagoon.
Went to the Convict Settlement instead to witness the horrors of convict life. Followed by a walk through the Cemetery.
Our last outing of the week was a traditional dinner down at No. 9 Quality Row. Rooms were not restored where we ate. It was called the ‘Annex’. Nearly had a full moon.Read more
