    St Georges, Grenada

    May 17, 2022 in Grenada ⋅ ⛅ 29 °C

I have always dreamt of seeing turquoise waters, white sands and drinking the real deal "Pina Colada's". yesterday that dream became a reality. Tony and I sailed from Hog Island, south east of Grenada to St George's, capital city of Grenada, It's approx 3 hour sail normally in calm waters however the sea decided to greet me with 2m swells, luckily I had the good sense to take some sea sickness medication before. I kept continually yawning 🥱 not realising that yawning is a pre cursor to " feeding the fish"
." I don't know why I am yawning so much" I say to Tony, he knows exactly why and didn't explain it to me and instead kept me focused on my surrounds to keep my mind occupied. He is such a dear!! Needless to say we arrived and was amazed how blue the waters are. We took Twende 2 to Grand Anse Beach ⛱ and of course an obligatory Carib or 3 (beer brand) for Tony, Ting for Ian and of course for myself and Faye, a must have Pina Colada......they were the best!!! With a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon on the top.
