Isla Isabela - Galapagos

After the diving cruise we went to the island Isabela where we spent 4 days. To be honest we felt a bit tired after the time on the boat and the tons of impressions. So we filled our days with long walks along the beach or to the viewpoint at the „wall of tears“. At a rocky spot at the shore we were lucky to see some Galápagos penguins hunting for their dinner!
We also couldn’t resist to go back into the water but this time just with snorkeling gear. But as if you would expect from Galapagos it wasn’t „just snorkeling“. Right next to the harbour you can find the beautiful little lagoon Concha de Perla where we found more than 15 little eagle rays, a hawksbill sea turtle and playful sea lions. Czytaj więcej
