Sicily Soup

We haven't done much, we are waiting for our spare tyre to arrive (hopefully by Tuesday) before making move across to Greece and Bulgaria. So we've been in the same wild camping spot for well over a week now like real gypsies, the same military police man came again yesterday, to check we hadn't got guests around (Covid related) but aside from that just lots of working, sea glass collecting and I made this Sicilian Chicken Soup recipe (Brace made the croutons to go with it)
