    Today, after a wonderful breakfast in one of Berlin’s charming courtyards, we went to see the East Berlin sites - the Checkpoint Charlie, which was the place through which West Berliners had to travel to the rest of West Germany. And then, the East Gallery, which was a unique street art project - weeks after the wall fell, 180 artists from many countries came and painted on the 1 mile stretch of the wall. It has such iconic pieces, as Brezhnev’s Kiss. And in the evening we went to a Monday milonga, at someone’s gorgeous rooftop apartment.Read more
