    Vienna Day 2 Jewish tour, Leopold Museum

    We started the day with breakfast at a cafe where we ended up eating every day. We then did an amazing VoiceMap tour on the Holocaust - it’s tragedy and the subsequent quest for justice much of the tour is dedicated to the story of Simon Wiesenthal, the famous “Nazi hunter” who found and brought to justice numerous Nazis, hiding after the WWII. It was the best tour we have done - poignant, engaging and fascinating. In the afternoon, I went to the Leopold Museum and enjoyed many Austrian painters, including some of the Klimts and a large collection of Kokoshka and Schielle.Read more
