Kinkaku-ji

The Golden Pavillon. A Zen Buddhist Temple, built in 1397. Three-story building, where each story incorporates a different architectual style - shinden, samurai and zen. During the 1467-77 wars, all the buildings of the komplex, except the pavillon, burned down. Then, in 1950, the pavillon was burned down by a novice monk. As the pictures show, it has now been restored.

At least here there are people.

Az Arany Pavillon. Egy Zen Buddhista templom, 1397-ben épült. 3-emeletes épület, ami minden emeletén másik építkezési stílust testesít meg - shinden, samurai és zen. 1467-77-es háborúk során a komplexum minden másik épülete, kivéve a pavilont, leégett.
