Scoping out the digs!

Went to the trailhead in Deadwood to check out where we’ll start tomorrow...!!! Nice walk along there river w/ historical markers on the railroad/mining operations. Cool radial brick chimney that serviced 3 furnaces...135 feet tall in the day to get the smoke/fumes above the valley air! No thanks to being a hod carrier on that construction project 🥵 in 1870-something!Weiterlesen
