Arrived in St Jean Pied de Port

Today we travelled from Barcelona to Pamplona by train. In Pamplona we met other pilgrims and shared a taxi to St Jean Pied de Port, France. That drive might be tougher than the walk ahead of us. It was through the Pyrenees and full of switch backs. I think our driver thought he was in the Monaco Grand Prix. We were all chatty at the beginning of the ride. Once we hit the mountains we all became surprisingly quiet 🤢. We have checked in to our Gîtes and about to enjoy a beautiful French dinner.
