The Tannery

Somewhere in the middle of the Medina we come across one of the three Tannery's. We get a view from the balcony of one of the surrounding leather shops, where we see men treating and dyeing the different hides. The stench is unbearable with ammonia but we are given branches of mint to overcome it.Read more
