Ce Dhun Chaoin (Dunquin Pier)

The rain and fog had cleared out for the day so we drove out to the Dunquin Pier. This was the second spot that Rachel was looking forward on the Slea Head Drive and unfortunately had to drive on past it earlier due to the weather. Although it was still cloudy, the sun had come out just before sunset, creating a wonderful evening sky. The wind was insane and nearly knocked Rachel over! We could see the Blasket Islands in the distance. We stopped by Murphy's Ice Cream, soooo delicious! (Rachel lost a scoop of hers when it fell of the cone and onto the street.) Made a visit into O'Sullivan's Courthouse Pub and then it was back to Murphy's Pub & B&B for one more night. Czytaj więcej
