On our first day we traveled to st Arnauds and then down the Wairau Valley where there are a lot more vineyards, night we stopped at Blenheim racecourse $15 the next morning we went and had a cuppa with Robyne Hosking and then headed to Kaikoura keeping in front of the rain.
