The Queen Mary

Had a walk around the hood and got breakfast. A lot of yard sales going on. Got an Uber - Bryant in a Volkswagen Golf GTI to The Queen Mary. Checked in and was put in a holding pool for the Glory Days Historical Tour. Very interesting to view the function rooms with such finery. Tour ended after 45 minutes and was free to roam. I went everywhere that was open. A very informative exhibition of how the ‘grey ghost’ was used during World War 2 - carry troops over 16,000 on one voyage and had Churchill onboard.Read more
