Central Mongolia. Batar's brother's ger

We drove all day yesterday to arive at our driver- Batar's brother's family ger. We had some dinner and had a cold night sleep. The next day we woke up to the family herding their cattles. The brother castrated a few of them in front of us, and of course the wife cooked them for us to try. We seemed to be some sort of spectacle because the neighbors came by just to watch us eat them. The neighbors also offerred some "Mongolian Water", which, of course, was vodka... We ate the balls...and had some vodka... And this all happened before noon.
