Battambang tour part 2

Part 2 of our tour was the bat cave and the killing cave. During the war, people were beat up and thrown into this cave to left to die. There was a eerie, chilly feeling standing in the cave. Our tour guide was 4 during the war, he told me his story of how they were only eating porridge 3 times a day. His parents once thought he would die from starvation, and made some good food for him as his last meal. Luckily he recovered from eating his last meal and got better. He survived the war by taking care of cows for the troops.Leer más
