Who doesn’t like healthy food? Well Cusco ain’t food.
“Cusco is, hands down, the most fascinating city in Peru. There are not many other places in the world where ancient Inca walls stand side by side with Spanish architecture” quoted by ‘the broke backpacker’.

I do agree with him there are a hand full of historical Inca sites in the city and in all the satellite towns.

Cusco suffers like no other place in Peru from the absence of tourism. If you (the only Gringo in town) walk around the Plaza de Arma, all the local agents surround you and brutally tear you apart. Without arms and legs you then try to escape, while yelling that you did all the tours and bought the souvenirs and art drawings on the street.

Luckily there is the invention of earphones. You just smile and walk spirited through them. Czytaj więcej
