17 dollars was taken by Viva Colombia airline to fly from Bogotá to Medellín. Even there are not much blockades in the countryside it’s still not guaranteed to make it from one place to another overland.
I spent one night in la Zona Rosa in the south. A neighborhood where one can find all the fancy restaurants and nightlife activities. The next day I booked a night in Guatapé a village east of Medellin, close to the Piedra de Peñol.
Once I was back in Medellín I found a comfortable, affordable private room just next to the smaller airport in the city center. On the next morning I went to this airport to take my next flight into my next adventures journey.Read more
