Big HOHO day

We left at 9am and didn't get back until 10 pm. 13 hours.
12 km walked even if on 2 busses and 2 boats!
On the way down to the ferry we walked through a park with another temple, a stairway and path dedicated to Asian cartoon heroes, and a lovely garden with pink flamingos.

Did green route around Hong Kong island with a stop at Stanley where we find lunch and a lovely market, then to Aberdeen to get on a junket type boat. Then back on green route bus to join red route bus that goes around Hong Kong central to the Peak Tram, up a hill for good views.

Walked back to Pier 7 for Star Ferry back to Kowloon. It's dark by now but very bright street lights so safe. Then walked around harbour to Avenue of Stars to get tea and the 8.30 pm river taxi for a night cruise.
Most of these activities were part of the Big Bus ticket.
We were also hoping for the famous Light Show over the river but it's cancelled as they are redesigning it apparently. It's still quite pretty anyway.
