Reasonably good flight. We got very little sleep. The approach was fun. Turbulence made it feel like a ride at the fair. We walked down stairs onto the tarmac and were bused to the terminal.

The streets in this part of Paris are cobblestone and uneven. There's cafe's everywhere. People sit at tiny tables facing the street.

The tower was amazing. We were there for approx. 2 hours. Lots of security. We did all the levels including the top.

This is a park just across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower. It has great views of the tower and was a great place to rest.

This street runs from the Arc Dr Triomphe to the Louvre. It's packed with cafe's and high end shops. We walked the length of it stopping for a lunch at a Five Guys.

I was looking forward to beautiful gardens judging from the name. Not so. There were green spaces mainly. A few pretty areas as you got closer to the Louvre.

We found this cafe at the base of the Eiffel Tower and were able to watch the sparkling light show on the tower while we had a late dinner.
