Fingest

We took GGMac to her surprise weekend location, a large airbnb cottage in Fingest, a small village which is used quite often for filming both feature films and TV. The cottage was used in one episode of Midsummer Murders.
We were first to arrive, followed by Stewart, Emily and family and Uncle Stewart (who had travelled from Italy), then Kirsty with Matt, followed by Jamie and his family.
The Maclean family reunion was to celebrate our Australian branch' visit and GGMac's upcoming 90th birthday.
Samantha and Sophie were both wearing "Big Sis" t shirts so our day was complete when we worked out that another wee Maclean is on the way. (Well planned to coincide with our trip down under in the new year)
We had a family party weekend and also enjoyed the Marlow carnival on the Saturday in glorious sunshine followed by a short walk along the Thames.
On Sunday we had a lazy day in the cottage before moving down to Gatwick where we put Chloe into storage prior to our trip to Greece.Read more
