Crakehall

We spent a couple of nights at Greengate Farm so we could say Hi to Stella on the site we spent 16 weeks on during the first lock down.
We arrived at noon and were soon greeted by Stella for a good catch up. The site had been very busy since it reopened after the first lockdown.
We wandered into Bedale in the afternoon hoping to fine some of the country crunch flour at the local bakery - but sadly they had sold out.
The following day, after a lazy start we went hiking in the area and picked a new route to us which took us along the High Land ridge to the south of Crakehall. The weather was perfect and we managed to tread some of our well worn paths from our previous visit.Read more
