📌 First morning back was beautiful weather, a nice drive down to Barwon heads where we checked into a cool rustic Airbnb. We enjoyed another pie and it was just so good to be back amongst the Aus food and coffee scene, a classic pie and coffee for lunch from a beach side cafe is too good!
📌 The wedding was in such a gorgeous location, it was great catching up with Jacquie and Span, Shane and Chloe. Plenty of drinks were had, it was a great night. It did however end pretty early which meant trying to head out afterwards. This was where we had the strangest bouncer encounter ever, this guy thought he was the bees knees, calling himself smart and not letting Chloe Speedie in for her "2 drinks" ☺️ It was a good call in the end, as the next day at the drinks post wedding we were in good shape.
📌 We were staying at Britt's, so we headed there and if was great to see her and of course Mila lost her mind with Murph. It was nice to be back in Richmond walking around the MCG, heading to the Prince Alfred to catch up with everyone and even steak night on church St. We even headed down to the old Elwood stomping ground for a walk with the doggos. The summer weather was well received, heading down to Bayside to catch up with Andy and having some fish and chips in Mordialloc was a treat also.
📌 We had one more catch up at mums, a big dinner and gossip before then meeting up with mum and Laura for lunch the next day where we finally met Billy! We finished the short little stint at Laura's for coffee on the way to Mallacoota, sussing out her house and spending some of the morning at park with Alice.Read more
