Rapid City, SD

We've made it to South Dakota. We'll be here in Rapid City for a few days. Our mail is waiting for us in Spearfish, but the biggest motorcycle rally in the world is going on near there, in Sturgis.

We tried to get the RV registered but sadly, we have to do it in the county where our address is--in Spearfish. Looks like it'll have to wait until the 14th, after the rally.

Fortunately, we managed to enjoy ourselves regardless. We took out the ole bikes back to town on our last day and had dinner at the oldest operating brewery in South Dakota and followed up at this awesome tap house where you pay by the ounce and get to just pour your own beer, wine, and cider to your heart's content.
