    ViajeroYes. Really good local specialties. We had some fried Cod bites with melted cheese. Pretty good.

    I remember how they do cod from dried source in the country. Very different and distinctive. I'm also sure you'll see how the cuisine changes moving into Spain and the Galicia province. [Matt Watkins]

    ViajeroBaudillo, Matt Watkins here. Maybe I met you at the trailer reunion thing a few years ago, but have also seen you in the family Christmas card. I wanted to also note that I did the 40 day version of the Camino in 2021 and TOTALLY EXCITED about Jack and Tara's pilgrimage. Looking forward to participating here!
