Day 1 Portreath - Hayle

Started at Portreath where we left off in 2024. Hilly start then a surprisingly lovely hour of flat walking to Hellsmouth cafe for fish finger sandwiches. After tackling the towans we came across a pop up bar 🤩 a refreshing cider before heading to Hayle. Avoided the industrial part of Hayle by catching the bus to St Ives. A lovely campsite called Ayr is our home for the night.
