Catching up with an Old Friend

The remainder of our time in England is more focused on covering distance than sightseeing. We have a booking to cross the English Channel in a few days, and that is our primary focus.... with two exceptions. The first is to stop over in Winsley, just outside of Bath, to see our dear friend, Cameron (a classmate from Portsea who strayed to the British Army). We have a fantastic time catching up. The sights of Bath are a very pleasant backdrop, but most of our time is spent eating great food, telling tall tales and drinking far too much. Lisa was particularly unwell the next day.Read more
