Walking to Lectoure

I am leaving Saint-Antoine but the wonderful memories of my stay at Gîte Vox Gaudii remain. I am off to the next stop on the path, Lectoure. My hosts have secured for me a place to stay tonight there. And also secured a place in my heart.

It appears that there is an interruption to the path. I’m on some kind of detour. I don’t really understand its purpose, but I’m following the signs like a good pilgrim.

It’s about 1 o’clock in the afternoon and I am at 12 miles already. So it looks like it’s gonna be another long one.
