Day 4: Abu Serga Coptic Church & Board

We visited the Coptic Church where there is the cave, where the Holy family (Virgin Mary and the Christ) hid during their journey in Egypt, fleeing Roman persecution. We visited several churches, Kanayes Masr El Adeema’ which literally translates to the churches of Old Egypt or Old Cairo including the Hanging Church, the Church of Saint Barbara, the Church of Saint George and its monastery, as well as the Church of Abu Serga. The church of Abu Serga there is a cave where it is believed that the well where the family of Jesus drank from still produces water.

We checked into our cabin and loved our suite with a balcony and french balcony.

We then look a flight to Luxor where we board the Ama Delhi...found our cabin and loved it. The Hotel Manager, Farik arranged for a surprise congratulations for Riley for her graduation not knowing it wasn't until next year....we played along.Leia mais
