Well start of a fortnight away, never flown from Liverpool and surprised at how quick it was to get through, now I'm way too early so it's coffee time

Think it's the beach today another lazy day after yesterday's trip out. If the heat is in the 30s again I can see the sea bringing a cool refreshment

It's Sunday, day of rest and beach, well I've started counting my steps and I think I'm doing ok working out on average about 9500 a day, see if I carry on when home lol
