Day 10 - canoeing

Spent the day exploring our locality! It's so beautiful. Went out in canoe - down a narrow creek to the main lake. We had to navigate through fallen trees and weed in the creek. Main lake called Roe to ourselves so canoed all the way round. Saw Bald Eagle, loons kingfishers and blue heron.
Drove down to Little Fort and had meal on way back at Italian - expensive but stunning location.
Back out in canoe late afternoon - saw adult Bald Eagle drinking at side of lake - amazing! Early night!Les mer
