Absolutely stunning, the 2nd building as the first was removed and this one replaced it. Very excited to see Michelangelo Peter. Unfortunately surrounded by glass after an Auatralian went nuts with a hammer. The Altar cover is made of 600 tons of bronze and is designed to draw the eye when you enter. 147 popes are buried here. Well worth a visit buy so crowded as had been closed for 4 days.Leia mais
