Not the best nights sleep I've ever had! First stinking hot, then had to go to the toilet-obviously made Ben come too, I was walking through a jungle in the pitch black, never mind the spider we had seen earlier! Then when we got back to our hut there was a lot of banging from main camp- apparently the staff getting rats out of the kitchen! And a high pitched screaming noise outside our hut, sevit cats!

But it was definitely an experience! Went on a 6:30am river safari. Saw the same as yesterday really but more of them and did see an eagle too. We were a bit disappointed not to have seen some crocs!

Back to the camp for breakfast and then the long journey back again- very exciting though we saw 2 huge crocs in the boat back, one was at east 8 foot long! Unfortunately, all the animals were being difficult when it came to photos, hiding/flying off by the time you had your camera, so inconsiderate! So unfortunately not many photos!

Travelled back to sandakan and have splashed out on a cheap hotel! Is nice though and just had a gorgeous fruity cocktail and a bowl if chilli fries with wasabi mayo.

BIG news today- my visa finally came through!

Unfortunately the rest of the evening and night was taken over by a stomach upset! No more details required.Читать далее
