Not much to say about today as spent the majority of it in a plane.

Raining when woke up, had an awful nights sleep due to belly- Ben slept through!

Got a taxi to the airport.

Flew Air Asia to KL and then from KL to Bali.

Bali was a bit of a culture shock when landed, loads of tourists/holiday makers, drive straight into Kuta, full of clubs and bars. Drive straight through!

Got to Ubud at about 9pm. We are staying in a treehouse hut surrounded by rice fields, it looked amazing but getting there was a bit hairy!

The taxi driver told us that the road to it was closed so drove into a very dark dead end and told us to wait there, then 2 guys on scooters turned up and told us to get on. The scooter I was on went first through little winding paths and couldn't see ben behind, I thought ' this is it, this is where they take us hostage!'. But, it was all fine they dropped me at the hut and Ben followed!

We then rushed into ubud for some food, very dark so difficult to describe our surroundings but looked lovely! Walked through rice fields-loads of frogs croaking away and fireflies hovering around us.

Ate at restaurant overlooking a cliff face down to a river below.

Food is very cheap here! £1.50 for chicken satays and rice!
